FarmIT 3000 Reports
FarmIT 3000 provides a wide range of reports ranging from animal
listings to sales and purchasing ledgers (FarmIT Gold only for accounting
reports). It also provides analysis views for more complex analysis. Analysis
views differ from the reports in that you can select the actual columns your
are interested in, you can still print the data from an analysis view and
export the data to Microsoft Excel, however they are far more flexiable than
the fixed reports.
All reports are available from the reports menu and then grouped into submenus
to make selection easier.
The reports are however based on the information you record therefore be sure to
enter the data as accurately as possible in order to get the best results.
You may view the reports within the application and do not need to print them,
many of them are linked back to the main records that they record information
on for example the animals or field. You may view the item by clicking on the
first column of the report.
Finally we acknowledge that you may wish to do more with the data. We
therefore provide an export routine to export the report either as text,
html or directly into Microsoft Excel.
