How to connect to log me in
When you phone border software with an issue you will most likley be instructed to go to Help/Remote support this allows the support team to control the users computer
The page will ask for a 6 digit code the support member will call one out to you over the phone, Once you have entered the 6 digit code and clicked Start Download, on the bottom of the screen click the Suppport.exe
Once the download is complete there will be a message ok/allow the message box and a member of the support team will have access to your computer, this is a very effective tool for support making the proccess much easier.
