Pedigree Tree View

Pedigree family trees have been used by pedigree breeders for years to display the pedigree of animals. Like a human family tree its displays the fathers (sires) and mothers (dams) back generation by generation. Unlike family trees they are normally displayed from left to right and go back no more than four generations.

FarmIT 3000 includes a pedigree tree report, obtained by clicking on the small button next to the animals pedigree name.

Simply click the button to view the tree.

You may print the report by selecting print, or your may view an animals details by double clicking on the animal. If an animals does not have a pedigree name the name will be replaced by the official ear tag number. If no animal is specified the tree will not display it.
