Medical Treatment
The animal details 'Medical Treament' tab enbles you to record medical treatment of the animal by date.
To enter new information double click the <new> record entry. The following window is then displayed.
The ear tag numbers and quantity of animals will automatically be entered for you.
Enter details of the problem and select the product from the product list. If the treatment was supplied by the vet or its purchase has not been recorded yet click the '<new>' entry to enter the details of the product.
The batch number, unit and product information will update automatically .
Enter the total quantity used, unit, the name of the individual who treated the animals, and select the treatment end date. The withdrawl period will automatically be calculated for you based on the specified meat withdrawl date for the product.
Finally enter any notes and click 'OK' to create the record.
